Provided in this email are copies of the proposed Bylaws, Manual of Procedure and Ritual amendments and all Resolutions to be considered at the 127th National Convention.  This announcement, along with these files being available on www.vfw.org, satisfies the notification requirement outlined in section 1401 of the National Bylaws and Manual of Procedure.

These files will be available online atwww.vfw.org; members will need to login to access these files.  Members who have never logged in towww.vfw.org will need to create a new user account using the "Sign up with Troop ID” icon.  Once successfully logged in, click on the "Document Repository” link listed under "Member/Post Resources.”  Members can access these files within the "127th National Convention Bylaws/Manual of Procedure/Ritual Amendments & Convention Resolutions – PROPOSED” folder within the Document Repository.  Access to the Document Repository can also be found within the Online Membership System (OMS).

Please ensure this information is disseminated to the lowest level and your appointed National Committee members have access to the documents pertinent to their respective committee.  They should review these documents in advance of the National Convention to be fully prepared for committee discussions and voting.
