New CAPTCHA scam

There is a new CAPTCHA scam that is creating havoc on the internet. This is a dangerous malware scam. Do not follow the instructions. A real CAPTCHA never asks you to open Windows programs or run keyboard commands. It only asks you to click a box or solve a small puzzle.How the Scam WorksThe Trick: The website shows a fake security check and tells you to press Windows Key + R, Ctrl + V, and then Enter. The Danger: Pressing these keys opens your computer's "Run" box, pastes a hidden malicious script, and executes it. The Result: This process downloads viruses (like data-stealers) that can steal your passwords and drain bank accounts. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!What if I mistakenly fell for this scam; what do I do?If you have fall for this scam, please do the following IMMEDIATELY. 1. Do NOT login to any account such as bank accounts or admin sites. 2. Run a virus scan on your computer, such as bit defender. 3. Then change ALL your passwords to all your accounts. If you had this virus, they have tracked your key strokes and know your passwords as you type them in. So you must clear the virus first BEFORE you change your passwords. Please do not ignore this.
